What do I need to bring with me?
We need you to bring any relevant financial info like payslips/benefit breakdown, bank statements, bills, and ID. This is so we can create an accurate budget. You’ll receive a checklist of things when you book in.
Will my information be kept private?

Absolutely. Everything you share with us is confidential and treated with care, in line with the Prviacy Act 2020.

How many times will I need to see you?

That’s completely up to you and your goals. Some people only need one or two sessions to get back on track, while others choose ongoing support to work through more detailed matters like debt or arrears. The more information you can bring to your sessions, the more we can achieve together.
