Music, Movement, Rhythm & Fun for seniors! Held every Tuesday at the Age Concern office from 10:30am.

A supportive group for mothers (including Nanas caring for their mokopuna) and their babies. A safe place to connect with other mums, build wellbeing and life skills and access wider supports if needed. Every Tuesday except for school holidays.

Anō anō is a space for our community. It's a space to come together to learn, share knowledge, do sewing or handcrafts, and get creative together. We collect clothing that local opshops are unable to sell. This is then either repaired, upcycled, or cut into fabric pieces to be used for sewing and craft projects. If it's done its dash, we use it for stuffing and rags. We do our best to find a use for things, repair, reuse, recycle - keep them in the loop and out of the landfill.
We have open sessions Monday - Friday
The weekly session hours are
Mon 10am - 1pm
Tues 3 - 5pm
Thurs 10am - 6pm
Thurs 3pm - 6 pm available for Whittling
Fri 10am - 1pm

All age groups and genders welcome. Free entrance. Basic moves, slow drum beats, fast drum beats, slow dance moves, cardio fast beat.

Suitable for all ages - fun for parents and tamariki. Safety gear provided, simply bring a gold coin donation to join.

For 5yrs & under - every Wednesday except school holidays.

Seniors Eating Well Nutrition Programme. Get amongst the opportunity to learn positive eating and nutrition habits in this 7 week programme starting 12th Feb. Every Wednesday at the Age Concern Office, Kaitaia. Limited spaces - registration essential. To register please call 408 2997

Calling all tamariki who love Minecraft! Come along to our Friday session to meet others who love Minecraft, no need for any tablet, just come along and we will supply everything you need! Best for kids aged 7-14yrs, but all welcome! Occurs during school term only - not during school holidays.

Every Friday, enjoy the benefits of breath-connected movement, breath-work and guided meditation with expert Matt Wright. This class is totally for beginners and all set to music. We don't push ourselves (unless you want to) and we don't take ourselves too seriously. $15pp, book via the True North Yoga website or simply show up & pay at the door.

Judgment-free, open meeting for program of recovery from alcoholism. Free to attend.
