There are many good programmes around Aotearoa, but our networks have frayed, and our connections have been lost. We need to bring good people and good kaupapa back to the table, rebuild the network and re-establish the connections. We need our brothers to know that we care about them, and we will be here for them, hakoa ko wāi hakoa nō hea tū te ao, tū te pō” - Hone Harawira
🗓️ Highlights include:
🔥 Kōrero from Hone Harawira, Mike King, and Dave Letele.

Whether you’re prepping for the end of the world or just want to be more self-reliant, these practical mini-workshops will have you ready for anything:
Chainsaw Safety – Learn how to use and maintain your chainsaw safely. Essential for clearing debris — or zombies.
Emergency Toilets – No flush? No problem. Discover low-tech loo solutions to keep things hygienic when the water stops running.
First Aid Basics – From cuts to chaos, get confident with essential first-aid skills for crisis situations.
Meat Preserving – What to do with a whole animal when the fridge goes down? Learn traditional techniques to keep protein on the table.
Breathwork for Stress & Survival – Learn how to calm your nervous system, sharpen focus, and manage panic using your breath — a powerful tool in any crisis.
Many thanks to our Timebank Members who are running the workshops. If you're not interested in any of the above workshops, then just come along for a laugh and chat with fellow Timebankers!
Zombie Dress-Up Prizes!
Come in your best zombie gear — we’ll have spot prizes for the most terrifying, creative, or hilarious undead looks.
Bring: A sense of humor, notebook if you like, and any questions! Lunch if you're staying all day!
Let’s connect, learn, and have some apocalyptic fun. All welcome — Timebankers and curious newcomers alike!
